first_imgNo-Bake Energy BarsA basic homemade no-bake energy bar recipe is simple and you control what goes into it.Makes 4 Bars – 100g oats– 40g dried fruit (berry, apple, apricot, your choice )– 40g nut butter (peanut butter, almond or cashew butter)– 2 tbsp flax seeds or chia seeds – 2 tbsp honey or 1 mashed banana– Your choice:a pinch of cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa powder, or small handful of dark chocolate chips.Line a square pan or pie dish with baking paper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and press the mixture down evenly. Refridgerate overnight (or for at least 3 hours).
