On opening day, Saturday, Aug. 26, more than 20,000 Spin-to-Win contest cards will be handed out to visitors over the age of 16. Each card will feature an eight-digit alpha-numeric code; participants will then log on to www.progressive.com/fair(link is external), enter the code and see if they’re an instant winner.Progressive Direct will award 700 instant-win gas card prizes worth $20 each.
